It was my wife and I’s first time experiencing a kava bar and won’t be the last . Trisha is very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of choosing what drink fit us . We spent a few hours and decided to take some home which is a great option to have and it is made to order which ever flavors you would like to add .

Today was the second time I have been to this establishment, and it was just as good today as it was the first time. The service and knowledge is impeccable. Today we brought our adult daughter with us and she enjoyed herself as well. We always seem to show up right before shift change. Both times we have had Sam to begin with and she is great and very sweet and then we end up closing out with Tricia, who is very wonderful and very knowledgeable. Tricia will be able to answer any and all questions you have without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Coffee Kratom mix very good, good selection of teas, service was very friendly. Price too high, but I’m gonna chock that up to a low visibility location.

I forgot to make this review last week, but here I am now! I’ve been to Java and Kava about five times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the vibe is always chill and welcoming. On one visit, I had a soft spoken staff member who seemed a bit out of it. She was still polite and helpful it just would’ve been easier if she spoke up a bit more. Most of my visits have been with Tricia and once with Ayla, and they’ve both been amazing super sweet, outgoing, and professional. Tricia, especially, made a lasting impression. My very first visit to a kava bar was with her, and she went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Not only did she make a drink that had me feeling amazing, but she also uplifted my spirit with her wisdom and faith. She genuinely listened to what I was going through and even offered helpful advice and resources. She didn’t have to take the time to hear my story, but she did and that meant the world to me. If you’re looking for a place that serves more than just good drinks, Java and Kava is it. You’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Trisha is an absolute GEM. I walked into Java & Kava Hernando Beach feeling a little drained, and she flipped the whole vibe. Not only did she greet me with warmth and genuine energy, but she also nailed my drink perfectly.
It wasn’t just a beverage, it was a little masterpiece. Balanced, smooth, customized exactly how I like it without me having to repeat myself twice. That level of attention and care? Rare. Trisha clearly takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every sip.

This place is relaxing and uplifting at the same time. Trisha was awesome and showef me their really nice view down the river out back on their patio. The drinks are top notch and creative! It's worth the drive from Spring Hill!!

Wow what a treat to have in Hernando beach, great sober environment, tasty mocktails indeed... Have to round up the troops come back... So glad i passed this place last week after a wonderful dinner at Brians Place!!! Definitely quality kava!!! This made my day..... Like Arnold says "I'll be back" lol
